Who we are

Graig Villa Dino FC runs the Graig Villa Dino weekly lottery and is responsible for your personal data. Contact: gvdlotto@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you enter the lottery we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, your four numbers, and the date and amount of each payment. We do not store card details: payments are handled by Stripe.

Why we use it

To run the lottery, to contact you if you win, to keep the records the lottery needs to report to the council, and to email you about your entry: a confirmation when you pay, and reminders a week before and the day before your entry runs out. The legal basis is the contract to run your entry and the club's legal duty to keep lottery records.

Who we share it with

Stripe, which takes your payment. Google, whose Gmail service we use to send your emails. Our hosting and database providers, which store the data for us. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep lottery records, including your details and payments, for 3 years after your last entry ends, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where the law allows. To do this, contact us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
