Lottery terms
1. Who runs the lottery
The Graig Villa Dino weekly lottery is run by Graig Villa Dino FC, registered with Newport City Council as a small society lottery, registration number 15/02234/LOTTER. The promoter is Sophie Jenkins. Contact: gvdlotto@gmail.com.
2. Who can take part
You must be 18 or over to take part. By entering you confirm that you are.
3. How to enter
Choose four different numbers from 1 to 24 and pay for the entry you want. Your numbers are entered into the draw for as long as your entry is paid up. The paid-up period is shown on the thank-you page and in your confirmation.
The options are: 4 weeks for £4, 12 weeks for £12, 26 weeks for £25, or 52 weeks for £45, paid in one go. Each entry covers one draw per week.
4. The draw
A draw is held every week on Monday, when four numbers from 1 to 24 are drawn. A line wins the jackpot if all four of its numbers match the four drawn, in any order. Each entry is one line. A player can enter several lines, including several lines with the same numbers.
The money taken each week is shared 50% to the club, 50% to the prize fund. When the jackpot is won, the next jackpot starts at a minimum of £700, paid from the prize fund.
If more than one line wins, the jackpot is shared equally between the winning lines. Any amount that cannot be divided equally is carried forward to the next week.
A £100 monthly prize is drawn once a month from the paid-up lines. It is paid from the prize fund.
5. Winners
Winners are contacted by the email address or phone number given at sign-up. Please keep your contact details up to date. If a prize is not claimed within 30 days, it goes back into the club's fundraising pot.
Results are shown on the club's WhatsApp groups and social media after each draw.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments are taken securely through Stripe. The club does not store card details. Entries are not refundable once a draw has taken place.
7. Changes to these terms
The club may change these terms or the lottery rules to comply with the law or the lottery's registration. Any change applies from the next draw.
8. Decisions
The club committee's decision on any question about a draw is final, except where the law says otherwise.
